This lock features panic operation and is suitable for installations where the passive door leaf needs to work as part of an emergency exit arrangement.  To achieve EN 1125 for double doors the 870 EN 1125 passive lock should be used alongside the standard master leaf set up.  The lock itself features no locking points and is designed to work as the passive lock within the wider door set.  \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eTo lock, the handle is lifted upwards to engage the locking points, before the system is locked by turning the key.  To unlock, the system is released by turning the key, then the handle is pushed downwards to disengage the locking points and retract the latch.
