The range comprises the LP1004TS, LP1504TS and LP2004TS, measuring 10mm, 15mm and 20mm wide respectively, with each 2100mm long seal incorporating double flexible elastomeric fins. Manufactured from PVC-encased sodium silicate, the seals are designed for nominal door gaps of approximately 3-4mm to fit within the door edge or frame and are suitable for use on both single and double leaf doors. Heavy-duty self-adhesive backing assists installation into a suitably routed groove and the double-fin construction provides effective smoke and acoustic sealing while maintaining low frictional resistance for smooth door operation.

Designed for use within 30 and 60 minute fire door applications when installed as part of an appropriately tested door assembly, the TS seals have been tested for fire performance to BS 476-22 and BS EN 1634-1, smoke leakage to BS 476-31.1 and acoustic performance to BS EN ISO 10140-2. They have also undergone durability testing to 100,000 operating cycles and carry Certifire certification under CF330 and CF341.

LORIENT Door Seal 2100mm x 4mm Fire Smoke & Acoustic (TS)

Features

Combined fire, smoke and acoustic protection.

Available in 10mm, 15mm and 20mm widths.

PVC-encased sodium silicate intumescent construction.

Suitable for single and double leaf doors.

Designed for approximately 3-4mm door gaps.

Heavy-duty self-adhesive backing for installation.

Finishes

White

Categories

Fire Hardware

Intumescent

Strips

Our LORIENT Door Seal 2100mm x 4mm Fire Smoke & Acoustic (TS) from Lorient is a quality tested product at a reasonably low price.

If you need any further information or are looking for an alternative size or similar item please contact us.

Option Specifications

Width

20mm, 15mm, 10mm

Finish

White

Fire Tested

Yes

Length

2.1m

Pack Quantity

1

Standards

Certifire,BS EN 1634-1,BS EN 476 Part 22:1987,BS EN ISO 10140-2:2010,BS EN 476-31.1, BS EN ISO 10140-2:2010,BS EN 1634-1,Certifire,BS EN 476-31.1,BS EN 476 Part 22:1987, BS EN 1634-1,BS EN 476 Part 22:1987,BS EN ISO 10140-2:2010,Certifire,BS EN 476-31.1

Product References

L38753, L38752, L38751

Barcode References

5056240174297, 5056240174280, 5056240174273

* Information above is accurate at the time of entry and may be subject to change at any time.
