CISA 11630 Series Electric Lock

The CISA 11630 Series Electric Lock is a heavy-duty, surface-mounted solution designed for wooden gates and doors where secure, controlled access is essential. Ideal for both residential and commercial installations, it provides reliable electric release for use with intercoms, access control systems and remote opening devices, while also retaining a mechanical key override for added flexibility on site.

Operated externally by a rim cylinder and internally by a push button, which can be overridden with a key to enable passage mode, this inward opening lock allows quick exit via the internal button or electrical input while maintaining secure key access from outside.

Engineered to deliver greater security where doors are not deadbolted, the lock features a dead-locking latch bolt. When the door is locked, the withdrawal of the deadbolt automatically deadlocks the latch bolt, helping to prevent unauthorised entry. It also offers strong protection against forced entry, with reinforcement around the electric hook bolt area and certification up to Security Grade 3 in accordance with EN 14846.

The 11630 Series is designed with versatility in mind. The adjustable backset allows the lock to be set between 50mm and 80mm, making it suitable for a wide range of door and gate profiles. The surface-mounted design makes it ideal for both new installations and retrofit projects.

The internal key provides a hold open function, allowing the button to be locked so the door or gate remains open when required. The lock is also designed to operate under reduced voltage conditions, ensuring it can still be released electrically when the supply drops below 12V.

Built for demanding environments, the lock features a high-resistance protective coating for use in outdoor or corrosive conditions. Its robust internal components ensure consistent operation in high-traffic applications.
