The Codelocks CL5500CCPK ConnectShare Panic Kit is a heavy duty electronic access control solution designed for use with compatible panic exit hardware. Supplied as a front plate assembly in a choice of brushed steel or solid black finish, it provides controlled entry from the outside while retaining the free-exit operation provided by the panic hardware on the inside. The full size lever remains disengaged until a valid credential is presented, helping prevent unauthorised entry while maintaining straightforward operation for authorised users.

Part of the Codelocks ConnectShare range, the CL5500 CC can be managed through the Codelocks Connect App, providing flexible access by keypad code, compatible smart card or smartphone. Administrators can remotely invite smartphone users, generate time and date-sensitive NetCodes and review the lock's activity log. The system supports up to 350 users, allowing access permissions to be managed without the need to issue conventional keys.

Designed for demanding commercial applications, the CL5500 features a robust zinc alloy construction, 12-button backlit keypad and low battery warning. It can be fitted to left or right-handed doors and incorporates auxiliary connections for integration with functions such as remote release, door monitoring and lockdown control. The panic kit configuration is specifically designed to interface with compatible rim panic exit devices, providing a practical combination of electronic access control and emergency egress.

Clean by Codelocks is an optional finish available to special order on many Codelock products. The clear coating combats SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus (COVID-19) and can reduce bacterial growth by 99.96%*, providing an additional measure of protection over sanitisation. Clean by Codelocks features an ISO certified photocatalytic coating which offers enhanced protection against viruses, bacteria, germs and other environmental toxins.
