FUHR 833 Type 4 Auto Locking With Deadlocking Latch & 2 Latchbolts 20mm Faceplate

The FUHR 833 Type 4 auto locking latch with deadbolt and 2 latches has a 35mm backset, 92mm centres and a 20mm faceplate width.


Gearbox
Latch & deadbolt split spindle gearbox with 92mm centres. 

Additional Locking Points
In addition to the locking points within the gearbox, the full length strip has 2 latch locking points. 

Faceplate
20mm wide faceplate, ideal for use on UPVC, timber or composite applications. 

Locking Point Distances
Locking Point Distance A = 717mm
Locking Point Distance B = 772mm

Croppable
This full length unit is croppable to allow the strip height to be reduced to suit the door it is being installed into. 

Handing
The latch can be reversed by locating the Allen screw on the side of the lockcase, in line with the latch. Remove the screw, pull out and reverse the latch, and refit the Allen screw.

Operation
Locking Method - Closing the door automatically engages the latch bolts. To open from outside turn the key to retract the locking points; from inside use the lever handle to retract the locking points. The centre deadbolt is locked/unlocked by turning the key.
