This Kenrick Excalibur slave gearbox is single spindle and has 92mm centres. The case height is 225mm and the follower is sprung making it suitable for use with unsprung handles. It is used to secure the second leaf of a french door.
Operation This slave unit has no central locking point, instead operating the lever handle engages the internal mechanism to move any connected shootbolts up or down into the door frame. A turn of the key locks or unlocks the mechanism.
