This FBL mortice escape latch by T Morgan & Sons can be operated from either side by using the applicable FB key or for keyless escape the slide latch can be fitted with the oversized escutcheon to cover the existing keyhole. It comes in a choice of versions to suit FB1 or FB2 keys and is supplied without any keys.
When used with an IP60LA intumescent pack this latch is suitable for timber fire doors and is 60 minute fire rated to BS EN1634-1. Please note that the intumescent pack is not included and needs to be ordered separately.
