The Rutland ITS.11204.25 is a concealed closer with a cam and roller mechanism making it ideal for compliance with Approved Document M and BS 8300 recommendations; when the door is closed it is fully concealed. It is variable power adjustable (EN2-4) and suitable for doors up to 130Kg in weight and 1100mm wide.
When used in conjunction with a separately available IP.114 intumescent pack this door closer achieves fire rating EN1634-1 and Certifire approval.
This closer has a manufacturers 35 year guarantee, is CE and UKCA marked and is also Secured By Design.
